The Roselawn Branch of the Greater Cincinnati/Hamilton County Library is located in the Valley Shopping Center. Its hours are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: noon - 9:00pm; Wednesday: 9:00am-9:00pm; Friday & Saturday: 9:00 am-5:30pm.

One of the recreational options available in Roselawn is Roselawn Park. Accessable from Eastlawn or Seymour Avenue, the park offers two newly refurbished baseball diamonds, shelter house, swings, benches and grassy area for relaxing or picnicing.

Roselawn provides many educational opportunities and choices for children from pre-kindergarten through high school.

Roselawn is within the Cincinnati Public School System. Two public elementary schools that serve the community are Roselawn-Condon and Losantiville. Crest Hills provides a year round middle school program.

Our Mother of Sorrows is an option for those families that choose to send their elementary school children to a Catholic institution. The Marva Collins elementary School is also located in Roselawn.
